WHO ARE WE?
We are the Construction Division of Altaca Group, acting as a design-build general contractor for local and multinational clients for their different types of construction needs. Our main areas of activity are the Republic of Turkiye, the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries. We have established an extensive portfolio of several types of high class projects for many of the world’s most respected organisations, operating in a variety of industry sectors in the 26 years that we have been in the business.
WHAT DO WE DO?
With an international client-base representing numerous industry sectors, our experience ranges from large scale industrial projects and construction of apartment and office complexes, through fit-out of office and other commercial premises, to providing detailed finishing of deluxe residential houses and apartments. For example, along with more than 200 offices totalling over 130.000m2 across 36 business centres in Moscow, we have also built a 630-seat Theatre Complex, the largest integrated Bio-Energy Plant in Turkiye, a 37,000m2 Factory & Office Complex in Tyumen (Siberia) and a 32,000m2 Luxury Apartment Complex (including the fit-out of all 144 serviced apartments, the Spa Complex and all common areas).
In Kazakhstan our people have designed and managed the construction of over 20,000m2 of facilities to support the Tengiz Oil Field as well as designing the lighting, fire water ring main, sewerage system and gas line for the 500,000m2 Drilling Base. Conversion of a 32,000m2 120 year old factory building into a high class business center in Moscow and building the headquarters of an international fund in Azerbaijan should also be mentioned.

Our Clients are both local to the countries in which we operate and also multi-nationals from more than 27 countries. They include very well-known names like the World Bank, Oracle, Deloitte, Fosun, Nike, BP-Castrol, Apple, IMF, Pfizer, SeverEnergia, Novatek, SUEK and TengizChevroil, whose projects we have successfully completed in conjunction with many of the world's leading architectural practices and engineering consultancies.

We are often required to work in occupied premises requiring a high degree of flexibility and client collaboration as well as strict adherence to health and safety rules. Attention to detail is a crucial element of every project and this commitment is shared by our specialist sub-contractors and craftsmen. Our project teams are chosen for their expertise and experience across varying levels of project size, value and technical complexity.
Our projects include several post occupancy moves and changes; we work closely with the client professional team to deliver small and large refurbishments. Our management and staff work as an integral part of the client team, in all cases skilled craftsmanship and a detailed and flexible delivery programme are the key to our success in such projects.
Our experience includes projects demanding substantial technological expertise. We have skilled and qualified specialists adept at delivering complex, high risk projects entailing a large degree of engineering content. We have an established record of achievement in carrying out mission-critical projects upon which our clients have complete dependence, and for which certainty is an absolute requirement. Our portfolio of projects includes the construction or upgrade of data centres and the installation or renewal of key infrastructure.
