KOKTOBE CITY (PHASE 4)

KOKTOBE CITY (PHASE 4)
Kusto Group (Client)

Koktobe City is being developed by the Singaporean private holding company Kusto.

Kusto Group was established in 2002, owns more than 30 companies worldwide in mining, energy, agribusiness, building materials, venture capital projects, and education.

As part of Kusto Group, Koktobe City shares the group's values. The solutions used in the project are focused on the long-term comfort of residents. They develop housing that is convenient for people, they adapt and apply the best world practices, using the international experience of the team. They strive to bring to the market the best product that will be in demand by the buyer.

Koktobe City is not like most residential complexes. There are no high-rise buildings there, and people have more time to spend with their families. To do this, they build low-rise, comfortable houses and place all the necessary infrastructure within walking distance.

While developing this project, they were inspired by modern German architecture and adapted its advantages Kazakhstan. Thoughtful and comfortable low-rise buildings, underground parking, courtyards without cars but with small playgrounds, rhythmic facades without pretentious elements - Koktobe City took the best from the new districts of Munich, Berlin and Dusseldorf.
