PROJECT
We were appointed by Bayer AG to undertake the fit-out of their new Head Office for Russia in the Burevestnik Complex. This was our largest fit-out project awarded at that time at 11,000 m2 (previously the SUEK offices at 9,900 m2 in the Silver City BC, completed earlier, was the largest).
The fit-out, from shell and core, was in the newly constructed building that formed part of the Complex. Our scope included all aspects of the works including MEP and low voltage systems. The project was completed in 4 months.
