PROJECT
Silver City Business Centre was a newly developed construction and Alfa Bank were considering leasing some 24,500 m2 (5 floors) in order to consolidate their operations which, at that time, were spread across a number of buildings in Moscow. We were appointed by Alfa Bank and Delin (the developers of the Business Centre) to work with a team from Alfa Bank to undertake the space planning and an interior design and engineering concept for them. Unfortunately, whilst accepting our proposals, the Client decided to postpone their decision for internal reasons.
