ConocoPhillips Co. is an American multinational energy corporation with its headquarters located in the Energy Corridor district of Houston, Texas in the United States They are the world’s largest independent exploration and production company, based on proved reserves and production of liquids and natural gas. They explore for, develop, and produce crude oil and natural gas globally, including Russia.
PROJECT
The ConocoPhillips offices are located in Ducat III, the first truly A+ class office building to be built in Moscow, developed by Hines. A key feature was the total integration of the MEP systems that we installed in their offices with the base building systems (both designed, developed and installed by Computrols). The glazed partioning and executive area wood panelling were provided and installed by Bene who also provided all the office furniture.
The kitchen and break-out coffee areas were custom-designed and built by Altaca. We also designed and installed the Audio-Video systems as well as "metal" walls in the main conference & meeting rooms to be used as magnetic surfaces for presentations.
A final feature was the construction, within the offices, of a "floating" secure meeting room that was effectively separated from other installations to avoid any electronic eavesdropping. All MEP connections to the room were installed using transparent ductwork and conduit to ensure that any non-standard cabling could be easily identified.
